The “definition” is the number of vertical and horizontal pixels that are on the entire
digital billboard. For example, some standard definitions are 96x64 pixels (=low definition); 256x192 pixels (=medium definition): 640x480 pixels (=high definition). The definition is therefore related to the pixel pitch, the distance between the pixels.
To simplify and clarify the terminology, it is possible to say that the RESOLUTION is referred to the single module, while the DEFINITION is referred to the entire screen, once that all modules have been mounted.
